"NACMAI" 2007 Country Music Week

The "DECMA" participated in our 8th annual 'Country Music Week", March 5 - 11, 2007 - at the prestigious"Country Tonite Theatre" in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.
The week was filled with outstanding competition, involving competitors from many States and Countries.
Celebrating "NACMAI'S" 10th Anniversary, also included the "Hall of Fame Show", highlighting Grand Ole' Opry Stars and NACMAI "Hall of Famers" - John Conlee - Jim Ed Brown - Helen Cornelius - Jeannie Seely - Stonewall Jackson - Ronnie Robbins (son or the late Marty Robbins) - and the show was hosted by "Miss Satin Sheets" herself, Jeannie Pruett. The NACMAI "Hall of Fame" Museum was opened in an area of the j"Country Tonite Theatre". The beautiful Showcase Cabinets were built by Mr. Glenn Fraick. All these exciting events, including meeting the "Stars" took place on Thursday evening, March 8, 2007.
The weeks festivities concluded with the Award Show on Sunday, March 11, 2007. Jack Greene received the NACMAI "2007 Pioneer Award. 'Young Harmony' received a Special Gospel Award.
